Villamartín is a byword for golf on the southern Costa Blanca. The Royal Villamartín Golf Club, designed by Paul Putman in 1972, is one of the most iconic courses in the region — 18 holes, par 72, among century-old pines, with a legendary 17th hole — and the nearest course to our apartments, just a seven-minute drive away. Golfers from all over Europe come to play here from November to March under a gentle sun.
Next to the course is Villamartín Plaza, the social hub of the whole area: an open-air square with palm trees, mosaics, a colony of parakeets and around thirty bars and restaurants with terraces. Live music almost every night in season, an international crowd and everything you need — supermarket, weekend market, services — within a hundred metres.
Let's be clear: our apartments are not inside Villamartín, but very close by, in Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima, a few minutes' drive from the golf and the plaza. That is the advantage: you sleep by the sea, with a communal pool, and have the golf and the life of Villamartín on your doorstep. La Calma is our favourite for golfing couples. You book directly with us, with no platform commission, a 4-night minimum and check-in from 3 pm.

No. Our apartments are in Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima, very close to Villamartín but by the sea. You have the golf and Villamartín Plaza a few minutes' drive away, and the beach on foot.
Villamartín Plaza is an open-air square next to the golf course, with around thirty bars and restaurants, terraces, a supermarket, a weekend market and live music in season. It is the social hub of the area.
The minimum stay is 4 nights all year round. For long winter stays — very common among golfers — we offer special conditions, just ask.
